Hello! What an exciting couple of weeks! We are finished organizing our Constitution. Congratulations to President Elect Delia M and Vice President Elect Angelica B! Congratulations to Chief Justice Kasi A. Congratulations to all of our Congressmen and women, Senators, and Supreme Court Justices! We are very excited to create some opportunities for the classroom.

As you know Robert Crown was here today and last week. They learned a ton and I think the Educator did an excellent job with the topics.

Some things to look for next week:

We are starting our Unit on Watery Earth

We have a test on Hands on Equations MONDAY! The students are well prepared!

We will be starting Unit 8 (more fractions) in Math next week.

A few important reminders:

Map testing for Reading will be Thursday, April 25th at 9:15
Map testing for Math will be Thursday, May 2nd at 9:15

Additionally, we have am Institute Day on Tuesday, April 9th. Therefore, there will be NO SCHOOL for students.

Today we had Kindergarten Buddies. The Heroes created books about The Human Body to share their learning with their buddies. Here are some photos of their experience:

IDIT-A-CHALLENGE

The kids had a wonderful time at yesterday's Idit-A-Challenge. Big thanks to Mrs. Wilson for all her work over the years putting it together. Big thanks to Mr. Brogni for help setting up. And a HUGE thanks to all the parent volunteers who made the challenge possible!! We had a blast!
